Whoa, I'm late! I hope it's a boy.

The Editor being late? You'll never see that in the workplace. Count yourself lucky. I guess?

Because of my tardiness, Editor's Evening will take place today. (Better late than never, hey.) For those who don't know, EE is what is essentially a way to receive early criticism/praise on your MC submission. I say it how I see it, so if it's a terrible submission, I will take the time out what should be breakfast just to point out just what is so terrible. Along with me critiquing your work, if you decide to attend EE, you must also leave a comment (of 4 lines minimum; no two-word comments please) on the other participants of EE. In other words: if you want a critique, you must give some also.

If you want to attend EE, submit a FULL draft of your MC submission into the Monthly Challenge folder, and title your draft "EE". I notice there are those who've already submitted. If you're one of those people, and you want to attend EE, simply change the title of your submission to "EE" as well.

I believe I wasn't so clear-cut about the rules: for this month's challenge, every sentence must be in the future tense. However, while the first verb must be in the future tense, the rest of the sentence can be in other tenses. For example:

I will love you, like you once did and, while you don't think this way to be true, I will know who you are.

I, in all honesty, would rather everything to be in the future tense. But, since I'm a nice guy, I will allow this feature... In any three of your sentences. Any more, and it's gone. Sound good?

If you're not ready for EE, you're going to have a rough time.
